COUNCIL HOUSE
This facility consists of 21 one-bedroom apartments. The facility was gut renovated in 1989. Since then, Heritage has received several grants to maintain and upgrade building systems and to implement several energy conservation programs. Section 8 allocates funding to 20 of the units.
