The Heritage HealthCare Center for Pediatrics provides Pediatric primary care from birth to 21 years of age. Our pediatricians perform routine well-care check-ups, immunizations, growth and developmental assessments, injury prevention, vision and hearing tests, lead screenings, and psychosocial interventions for families and children with behavioral problems. We are committed to the health and well-being of the children we serve, and strive to assure they have everything they need to live a well-balanced life.
Dr. Beatrice Sotelo, MD
Dr. Beatriz Sotelo is a bi-lingual board certified pediatrician who graduated from Medical School at the San Marcos National University, Lima, Peru, and completed her Pediatrics specialty at SUNY-Brooklyn. Dr. Sotelo joined Heritage HealthCare Center in March of 2020, and is building a strong Pediatrics practice and she leads our School Based Health Center.
Dr. Sotelo is passionate about the care of children from birth to 21 years old, and enjoys building relationships with patients and their families, supporting them as they grow and change over the years. Helping educate and empower children and parents during this process, she wants to make sure your children are both healthy and successful.
Dr. Sotelo also played a significant role in our Covid initiative testing hundreds of patients at the height of the pandemic. Dr. Sotelo enjoys working at the Heritage HealthCare Center, where she is excited about providing quality and compassionate primary and specialty care services to the Central Harlem community.
